Rockefeller Institute Report Explores SUNY’s Role in NY Economy
Albany N.Y. (June 6, 2011) - A comprehensive statewide study by the Rockefeller Institute and the University at Buffalo Regional Institute finds the State University of New York is positioned to be the critical force in building an innovation economy for New York. Its economic impact equates to $5 for every $1 of state support. It has a diverse array of economic development activities already in place across its 64 campuses — and a growing potential to do more.
