ALBANY, N.Y. (February 14, 2011) -- Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy’s Spring 2011 Policy Conversations get underway this Tuesday, February 15 with a visit from the University at Albany’s Vice President for Athletic Administration and Director of Athletics, Lee A. McElroy, Jr.  McElroy, in his eleventh year heading up the sports program at UAlbany, will discuss the rationale for sustaining college athletic programs in tough economic times.  Dean Jeffrey A. Straussman of Rockefeller College moderates the lunchtime conversation which runs from 12:25 to 1:30pm in the Levitt Room on the downtown campus.
