Koslowski to Speak at First Annual BORDERPOL Conference in London, November 16-17

Albany N.Y. (October 15, 2012) - Rockefeller College Associate Professor of Political Science Rey Koslowski will be a featured plenary speaker at the first annual BORDERPOL Conference and Exhibition being held in London, October 16 through 17. BORDERPOL, founded in 2003, serves the international border policing and border management community.

The Conference will bring together top international border management policy makers, professionals, and academics to deliberate current social and economic situations and assess their impact on national and international security. They will discuss and propose new ways to implement 21st century technologies that can improve border security and rejuvenate public support for waning global migration management systems.
Koslowski, a noted author and expert on international relations and global migration, will address conference participants on the topic of the “Challenges of Implementing Changing Immigration Policies.”
