ALBANY, N.Y. (April 28, 2011) -- At the April 26th Rockefeller College Policy Conversation, Madison, WI Alderman Mark Clear shared his experience as both a citizen and elected official caught up in the chaos of the recent battle over collective bargaining rights in Wisconsin. Rockefeller College adjunct professors Bruce Gyory, a political consultant with Corning Place Consulting and former advisor to three New York State governors, and Nick Vagianelis, former director of classification and compensation with the NYS Department of Civil Service, provided commentary and offered insight into the current labor situation in New York State.
