Kaifala Marah, a 2003 Rockefeller College Master of Arts in Public Affairs and Policy graduate, is Sierra Leone's Minister of Finance and Economic Development and chairperson of the g7+, a voluntary association of conflict and post-conflict countries. The goal of the g7+ is to stop conflict, build nations and eradicate poverty through innovative development strategies harmonized to the country context, aligned to the national agenda and led by the state and its people.
