Ryan Quinn was the recipient of a scholarship from the Arthur & Maria Kelly Smith Endowment, which provides support to deserving graduate students who choose to pursue their interest working for a public interest organization. Ryan’s scholarship helped to fund his summer internship at the White House working in the Office of Legislative Affairs, Executive Office of the President.
