About Professor Fossett

James Fossett’s research interests include health policy and state and federal budgeting. He has published extensively on the Medicaid program, the nation’s largest program for providing health care to low income groups, and is currently analyzing the politics of major bioethical debates such as stem cell research and emergency contraception.
