Academic Departments
Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy prepares students for careers in government, the nonprofit and private sectors and academia; conducts research on a variety of public policies; and contributes to the continuing professional development of government executives. Rockefeller College has two academics units: the Department of Political Science and the Department of Public Administration and Policy.
The Department of Public Administration & Policy provides professional education to the next generation of leaders from the local to the global level.
The Department of Political Science uses a multidisciplinary approach to research, teaching, and service specializing in research across the major subfields of the discipline: American Politics, Public Law, International Relations, Security Studies and and Comparative Politics.
