Policies

  • The Rockefeller College Office of Career Development follows all relevant policies of the Career Services Office.
  • In addition to those policies, the Rockefeller College Office of Career Development only serves the following students:
    • Undergraduate students with a Public Policy or Political Science major or minor.
    • Graduate students in Public Administration, Political Science, or International Affairs
    • Students completing a graduate certificate in Public Sector Management, Nonprofit Management & Leadership, Women and Public Policy, or International Health and Human Rights.*
    • Students enrolled in Rockefeller’s combined and dual degree programs such as the BA/MPA or JD/MPA program.
  • As a policy, the Rockefeller Office of Career Development requires a twenty four hour notice via email to or phone call to cancel any RSVP. If a cancellation of an RSVP is received fewer than twenty four hours in advance, or not received, then the absence will be counted as unexcused. More than one unexcused absence may result in reduction or loss of privileges.

*Students enrolled in a certificate program are only allowed one meeting with the Office of Career Development during their enrollment in the certificate program. However, certificate students are always welcome to attend the Office’s events and workshops.
