Symposium: Presentations

The Symposium will have both Oral and Poster Presentaions. Each requires submission of an Abstract - Deadline: September 3, 2011

• Each abstract should be prepared as a Word document using our standard template..Please make sure that the format is the same as shown in this template.
• Length: 250 words or fewer.
• Once prepared in the Word Template, abstracts must be submitted on-line by uploading in Word format.

Oral Presentations

• Talks will be scheduled in 20 minute intervals allowing 15 minutes for talks plus 5 minutes for discussion.

Each poster session is two hours as follows:

Odd Numbered Posters - Session I
November 3rd, 2011

Even Numbered Posters - Session II
November 4th, 2011

Please read the following instructions and poster guidelines carefully:

• Poster Size: 36” (91 cm) wide X 48” (122 cm) tall. 
• Poster Venue: Life Sciences Research Building Atrium, University at Albany
• Poster Display:  You will have access to the Life Sciences Research Building to hang your poster on November 2nd,  3pm - 6pm and November 3rd, 7am - 10am.  All posters must be posted no later than 10am on November 3rd and must be on display until 2pm on November 4th.
• Poster Removal:  After 2pm on November 4th
