Biography

Lisset provides support to the Assistant Director of Program Management at the RNA Institute handling a wide range of administrative, financial, marketing and promotional needs. This includes managing the Institute program budget, assisting with the development and implementation of Institute policies and procedures, assisting with purchasing and inventory management of Institute office equipment and supplies, assisting with personnel paperwork, event planning and coordination for seminars, symposia, board meetings and special events. In addition, Lisset will be handling the Institute Web site re-design and content management.

Lisset joined the Institute in March 2013 as a Staff Assistant (SL2). She has previously worked as an Executive Assistant to the Director at the Center for Technology in Government and as an Administrative Assistant at the Research Foundation of SUNY- Professional Development Program for the Child Support Enforcement unit where she provided fiscal, administrative and logistic support to the project; coordinated conferences, meetings and statewide trainings, set up travel arrangements and reimbursement for staff and trainees, handled the purchasing and payment process and  provided customer service to local districts.
