Advanced Computational Facility

  • Six dual core workstations with two NVDIA Tesla GPUs each - Dell
  • Access to cluster  600 core xeon HPC Linux cluster with 10TB storage
  • Access to NYS Supercomputer (Blue Gene) at RPI.
  • Computational software for computer modelling, simulations and in-silico high throughput screening including Q-Chem, GROMACS and AMBER.
