Registration and Policies Calendar
REGISTRATION CALENDAR: SPRING 2010 SEMESTER
GRADUATE STUDENTS:
You may register, add or drop at any time between the first day of Advance Registration and the first day of classes for the semester. However, to ensure the availability of the courses you want, you are encouraged most strongly to register during Advance Registration. After the first day of classes, please follow the calendar below for specific restrictions, fees, and deadlines.
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS:
You may register, add or drop between your Enrollment Appointment Date and the first day of classes for the semester. However, to ensure the availability of the courses you want, you are encouraged most strongly to register during Advance Registration. After the first day of classes, please follow the calendar below for specific restrictions, fees, and deadlines.
GRADUATE AND UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS:
Oct. 20th - Dec. 7th

ADVANCE REGISTRATION: You may register at your appointed time (see MyUAlbany, When Can I Enroll link) or any time thereafter. After you have registered, you may continue to make adjustments to your schedule. |

Dec. 8th – Jan. 20th

PROGRAM ADJUSTMENT (DROP/ADD) & ADVANCE REGISTRATION PERIOD: All previously registered students may add or drop courses during this period. Continuing students who have not yet registered may also register during this period. All registration & drop/add is accessed via www.albany.edu/myualbany. |

FINAL REGISTRATION DAY: All students must be registered by this day. This is the last day to register without a late fee.
DROP/ADD: Previously registered students may make adjustments to their schedules. |

Jan. 21st – Jan. 27th
|
LATE REGISTRATION: Any student who has not yet registered for ANY course may do so, but will be charged a late registration fee
DROP/ADD continues. |
| Jan. 28th - Feb. 2nd |
DROP/ADD & Late Registration CONTINUES however students will need a Permission Number from the instructor of the course to add ANY semester length course (*pro-rated dates for eight week courses).
LATE REGISTRATION AND PROGRAM ADJUSTMENT END at 11:59pm on Feb. 2nd |
