ADVANCE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS - FALL 2008
WHO?
All students admitted to the University who wish to Advance Register for the Fall. This does not include students whose admissions status precludes continued enrollment, who are academically ineligible to continue, withdrawn students, or students who have “holds” blocking their registration.
All students should check MyUAlbany for holds.
Non-matriculated (non-degree) students are encouraged to contact the appropriate admissions office if they have questions about their status or eligibility.
UUP eligible students using the ECRP waiver may not register during Advance Registration or on Final Registration Day. Rather, registration must be initiated during Late Registration (August 29th - September 2nd).
WHEN?
Advance Registration will begin April 1st at 6:00am. Undergraduate students register on a seniority basis, according to the number of completed credits. See the "Planning" tab on left side menu.

Degree-seeking undergraduates should view “When Can I Enroll” on MyUAlbany indicating the day and time they may Advance Register. The registration process will permit degree-seeking undergraduates to Advance Register at or anytime after the start of their scheduled time, but not prior to that time.
Eligible Graduate students may advance register at anytime once Advance Registration begins. See the Registration Calendar for dates.
