NYS Council for Universal Broadband
All New Yorkers, including those in under-served rural and urban area, should be able to obtain high-speed Internet service. The New York State Council for Universal Broadband will recommend ways to extend high-speed access beyond traditional methods and to extend broadband connections throughout the state. Peter Bloniarz, Dean of the College of Computing and Information serves on the Governmental Initiatives Action Team.
