Richard Wesley

Appointed by President George W. Bush in 2003 to the U.S. Court of Appeals, he is one of America's leading jurists. He was elected to the New York State Assembly in 1982, then to the State Supreme Court in 1986. In 1997, he was appointed by Governor Pataki to the New York State Court of Appeals.
