Hellos
and Goodbyes. Dr. Edward Blanchard, a
distinguished professor and long-time member
of the clinical faculty, retired in 2004. Both
Ed and his wife Chris have generously established
a fund to support graduate student research within
the
Department of Psychology. We will be putting
up a site shortly to highlight picutures
and
comments
from
his
retirement
dinner.

We would also like
to welcome two new members to our clinical faculty
-- Drs. Mitch Earleywine and Elana Gordis. Mitch
received his Ph.D. in 1990 from Indiana University.
His research and teaching are predominantly in
the areas of Personality and Addictive Behaviors.
Elana received her Ph.D. from the University of
California - Los Angeles. We are extremely pleased
that Mitch and Elana will be joining us in the
Fall 2005. We are excited to have them as part
of our department and
eagerly await their
arrival.
