Project Renaissance
Fall 2008 Print Registration Form

While Project Renaissance is open to all freshmen,
participation in the program is limited. Acceptance into Project Renaissance is
decided on a rolling (first-come, first-served) basis. In order to be accepted
into the program, you must have been admitted to the University and:
- Send in your $150 enrollment deposit (this is the general University
admissions deposit, not an additional fee for Project Renaissance).
Please make your check payable to University at Albany and send it to
the Bursar's Office, CCB 26.
- Complete, sign, and return both sides of this form (or use the
online form).
You will be notified of your status once we are in receipt of your enrollment
deposit and registration form.

Since Project Renaissance is a living/learning program, your roommate must also
be enrolled in the same program or track of Project Renaissance. We make every
attempt to accommodate roommate preferences, but there is no guarantee.
