Actors Sought
Professor Doho Gilbert, a Fulbright Scholar, has offered to create a theatrical production dealing with HIV/AIDS on behalf of the Save Africa from AIDS campaign. The play will be in June. Gilbert is seeking 10-15 actors and actresses for this play. Students who are interested in being a part of the play may contact Professor Marcia Sutherland at 2-4248.

Two Millionth Volume Unveiled

Book

On April 5, the University Libraries celebrated the acquisition of their two millionth volume. The book, titled It’s Up to the Women, by Eleanor Roosevelt, was presented to the Libraries by Charles Caccio, president of the Board of the Friends of the Libraries.

The event marked the end of a year-long celebration of events which included lectures, exhibits, and film festivals.
