Albany
Graduates: Impressive
Such
a pleasure to read the recent issue of our Albany magazine (January 2000)!
I read every page, and am truly impressed with all that Albany graduates
have accomplished. Wonderful people!

I received my January
issue of the alumni magazine and must say what an outstanding job you’re
doing. I really enjoyed seeing a picture of Sayles Hall, the dorm where
I lived and worked my freshman year. We still had curfew and we rang dinner
chimes so that the house mother (Inez Aubrey) could give us the announcements,
followed by a moment of silent prayer before the 6 o’clock meal. And we
had to wear dresses to enter the dining room then, too!
