Born September 12, 1949, Ranger, Texas. Occupation, pediatrician.
 
Music Training
 
Studied piano and organ ages 8 to 18, student of Ben G. Karnes. Employed as
organist from 1965 to 1968 at First Methodist, Ranger, Texas.  Occasional
substitute at First Presbyterian, Sherman, Texas, 1979 to present.  Also
some playing (weddings, etc.) on the Harrison designed Aeolian-Skinner in
Wynne Chapel, Austin College, Sherman, Texas.
 
Chief organ related endeavor
 
The revoicing and enlargement of the 1936 (?) Wicks at 1st Presbyterian
Church, Sherman (fund raising and general cheerleading).
 
Other musical interests
 
String/piano chamber music (with his daughters). Now attends Preston Hollow
Presbyterian Church in Dallas (Hal and Martha Hopson's baliwik).
