Background:
 
- worked as engineer in information processing business,
- retired since 1995.
 
Relationship to the organ:
- involved in church-choir as a child
- major interest is organ-building
- I came to this hobby by working with an older friend,
  who built a 2-stop positif for me in 1980.
- since then member of the "workgroup house-organ" in the
  "Internationale Gesellschaft der Orgelfreunde, GdO"
- since 1991 chairman of the "workgroup house-organ"
  - publisher of a yearly periodical "Die Hausorgel"
  - yearly seminars on this subject.
 
I like good music from middle ages to jazz but no techno-rock.
