Andrew C. John, MD (AJohn@aol.com) ------------------ I am a physician specializing in occupational medicine. This involves the medical care of injured workers and performing and testifying to impairment exams of people injured on the job as well as those injured in auto accidents. I am also a student at the Oklahoma City University School of Law, anticipating graduation in May 1997. At that time my practice will expand to legal consultation in the areas of compliance with health aspects of federal regulations of employment, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA), etc. My organ training has been non-degree but included study with John Ditto and David Craighead at the Eastman School while I was a medical student at the University of Rochester from 1973-77. I am the proud owner of opus 125 of Gabriel Kney Organbuilders featured on the cover of the DIAPASON, May 1995. It is a 17 stop tracker organ installed in my home which was the former Holy Protection Orthodox Monastery in Forest Park, Oklahoma. Mr. Craighead will play the dedication in May 1996. I am interested in developing information and a lecture for organists regarding employment issues which plan to have available after graduation from Law School. I enjoy supporting organ projects and have a charitable foundation which I hope will grow and be available to meet needs of organists in training.
