VOICE MAJORS SING BACH TO BROADWAY

The University at Albany Department of Music is pleased to present its voice majors performing classical, jazz, pop and musical theatre repertoire in Bach to Broadway on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 7:30pm at the UAlbany Performing Arts Center on the uptown campus. 

This cabaret style program will include music by Christine Aguilera, Vincenzo Bellini, Johannes Brahms, Jason Robert Brown, Duke Ellington, Stephen Foster, Elton John, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart  and Kurt Weill.

Performers will include Maureen Cossey, Matthew Eakins, Joshua Gurwitz, Chris Laneville, Erin McMenemy, Kelly Ortiz, Kevin Ruby, Alexa Sheryll, Michael Rogers, Joshua Tanis and Kaelyn Wood. 

Tickets are $6 for the general public and $3 for students, seniors & UAlbany faculty/staff and may be purchased through the Performing Arts Center Box Office.  For further information, contact the Box Office at (518) 442-3997.
