The University at Albany’s Office of Academic Support Services has been nationally recognized and awarded for its outstanding services and programs. The office offers all students on campus a variety of academic support services to assist students with improving their academics and maintaining academic excellence. These services include weekly study skills workshops, weekly study groups for selected courses, career workshops, faculty mentoring, and tutoring, to name a few.

Our office also encompasses a variety of academic programs, such as the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), Project Excel, the (CSTEP) Collegiate Science & Technology Entry Program, the (STEP) Science & Technology Entry Program, the Academic Talent Search Program, and the (UASRP) University at Albany Summer Search Program.
