Bio:Mrs. Etwin Bowman is the coordinator of The Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from Empire State College and her Master of Science in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology from The University at Albany. Mrs. Bowman has over 10 years of experience working with STEP. She is also part of a legacy family of The University at Albany.
