In a few words, explain what the program means to you:

CSTEP and Project Excel have become a second house to me and many others. I Joined Project excel as soon as I arrived to UAlbany, which further introduced me to CSTEP. It has been such an amazing and exceptional experience to be part of these programs. College could be very hard and stressful, and this programs have not only help me become a more organized and better student but also a better person. These programs are very committed to help students succeed in every aspect; they provide an array of services such as academic advising, time management, tutoring, book loan, graduate schools application assistance, workshops and other services to help enhance our college academic experience and prepare us to successfully join the work field upon graduation. After struggling with one of my classes, I decided to get tutoring from CSTEP. My tutor was amazing, and my grades and problem solving skills increased so much, that the following semester I actually joined the CSTEP family to tutor the same class I was struggling with before coming to CSTEP. I encourage every student to join amazing programs such as these, whose main mission is to help us succeed.
