The University at Albany is cultivating tomorrow's journalists with its flourishing Journalism program in the College of Arts & Sciences. Senior Jon Campbell, managing editor of the Albany Student Press, talks about his experience as a journalism student at UAlbany, including taking advantage of the University's strategic location in the New York state capital, which provides opportunities for internships and real world experiences. Campbell also discusses the campus newspaper, Albany Student Press, and its role keeping students informed.
Students participate in more than 200 student clubs and honor societies, and enjoy a busy calendar of campus events.
