Video: One-on-One with Howard Dean

Former Vermont governor and presidential candidate Howard Dean spoke to UAlbany Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy Dean Jeffrey Straussman about politics and other topics. Dean was on the UAlbany campus to debate Karl Rove, former senior advisor to President George W. Bush, during "The World Within Reach Speakers Series," spearheaded by the Student Association. Prior to the debate, Dean and Rove lectured UAlbany students in class.
Students participate in more than 200 student clubs and honor societies, and enjoy a busy calendar of campus events.
