Video: Hugh Carey Honored as Citizen Laureate

The University at Albany Foundation has named former New York Gov. Hugh Carey the recipient of its Citizen Laureate Award. In its 30th years, The Citizen Laureate Award recognizes outstanding leaders in business and industry, government and academia. It is the most prestigious honor the foundation gives out.
Students participate in more than 200 student clubs and honor societies, and enjoy a busy calendar of campus events.
