Biography:
Jim Schwab has a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Minnesota and a doctorate in chemical physics from Harvard University. In 1988, he joined the Atmospheric Science Research Center, where he is a senior research associate. He has worked in the areas of gas phase spectroscopy and chemical kinetics, gas phase free radical chemistry, stratospheric ozone depletion, instrument development and evaluation, tropospheric chemistry, and air pollution chemistry. Jim's credentials include more than 30 peer reviewed publications and more than 25 conference presentations.
