Biography:
Carson Carr has successfully operated the Educational Opportunities Program for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in higher education administration, instruction, program development, and management and has taught the History of the Civil Rights Movement course for the department of Africana Studies, a research seminar course, and developmental math courses. He is a community organizer and outreach expert with at-risk populations and communities and a student success expert. Carr has been invited to serve as a key-note/motivational speaker for various black-history events and is a successful grant writer.
