Biography:
Assistant Professor Priya Nambisan's research focuses on the broad area of health information technologies (HIT) and their impact on the delivery and management of health information and healthcare services. This includes management of HIT adoption, organizational factors in the implementation of HIT, and evaluation of user experiences and attitudes toward new technologies in the health care industry. She is studying the strategies and practices that healthcare organizations can adopt to enhance the rate of adoption of these technologies.
