Biography:
Ted J. Stein has a doctorate in social welfare, a juris doctor, and membership in the New York Bar. He has published nine books and more than three dozen articles that address social policy and legal issues in the child welfare system, in addition to a dozen research reports describing the operation of child welfare systems in a half-dozen states.
