Biography:
David McCaffrey is a distinguished teaching professor of public administration and policy and organization studies at the Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. His research focuses on organizational theory and behavior, especially in regulatory systems and most recently in financial markets. He is the co-author of Wall Street Polices Itself: How Securities Firms Manage the Legal Hazards of Competitive Pressures (Oxford University Press, 1998) and other books and articles on regulatory issues.
