Biography:
Sanjay Goel is an assistant professor and director of research at the NYS Center for Information Forensics and Assurance (CIFA). Previously, he worked at GE Global Research Center and received his doctorate in mechanical engineering in 1999 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
He is invited to present seminars at several conferences in information security with topics including, wireless security, hacking, botnets, etc. and has several publications in leading journals. Goel teaches several classes including Computer Networking & Security, Information Security Risk Analysis, Security Policies, Enterprise Application Development, Database Design and Java Language Programming.
