Krackeler Scientific, Inc., an Albany-based distributor of scientific products, has made the first corporate gift to The RNA Institute at the University at Albany. The gift totals $45,000.

A $5.37 million grant from the National Institutes of Health/National Center for Research Resources and $2 million in matching funds from the State of New York will advance the University at Albany's RNA Institute to serve as the leading national resource for RNA technologies and drug discovery.
