The meeting will be held at the Wheaton College Science Center in Norton, MA on Sunday, May 2. Registration begins at 8:30AM.
Pre-registration and titles for poster presentation need to be submitted via the web site by 5PM, Tue April 27. We can accommodate on-site registrants, but the information for those who do so will not be included in the program.
Student Posters will be put up between 8:30 and 10:00AM and will be taken down between 4:00 and 4:30PM. Presenters of posters should be present at their posters between 10:00 and 1:00. Posters should be prepared so that they will fit on a 4 ft by 4 ft presentation area. Only a title, not an abstract, need be sent with registration information.
Abstracts Published in JBNR: Last year the Journal of Behavioral and Neuroscience Research (JBNR) was founded and a special issue published the proceedings of the N.E.U.R.O.N. conference. All presenters are invited to submit their abstract for publication in JBNR each year. [submission information]
Registration Fees: Registration fees of $15 for students and $35 for faculty help to defray the cost of the morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch, which are provided to all participants, and to ensure the viability of NEURON for the coming years. Any person who wishes to participate is welcome irrespective of their ability to pay a registration fee. Waivers for registration fees are available on the web site and must be submitted by Tue April 27 at 5PM.

From Boston and Northern New England: Take Interstate 95 south to Exit 6A, Route 495 south. Follow 495 to Exit 11, turn onto 140 south. Follow Route 140 south 2.5 miles. Turn left at the intersection of Routes 140 and 123. Proceed three-tenths of a mile east on Route 123 to the visitor's parking lot, which will be on your left.
From Western Massachusetts: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) to Exit 11A onto Route 495 south. Follow 495 to Exit 11, turn onto 140 south. Follow Route 140 south 2.5 miles. Turn left at the intersection of Routes 140 and 123. Proceed three-tenths of a mile east on Route 123 to the visitor's parking lot, which will be on your left.
