Indicators of the Terrorist Attack Cycle (ITAC) (3-course suite: Awareness, Basic, and Advanced)
These courses are intended to provide the emergency response community with an opportunity to develop basic observational skills that, when coupled with appropriate and timely information sharing, could prevent a terrorist attack on a domestic target. |
Critical Decision Making in Crisis
This course makes use of scenario-based activity that involves critical decision making under stress and provides experience working in problem-solution situations. |
Advanced Active Shooter Scenario (A2S2) (Mumbai-level incident) (2-course suite)
The purpose of these training courses is to provide an inital, general and conceptual overview with respect to the development of advanced-level, multiple "active shooter" training programs in support of the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) and its State Preparedness Training Center (SPTC). |
The Failed Bombing Attempt in Times Square
This workshop was developed to provide the law enforcement, intelligence and bomb technician communities with information on what VBIED was used in the failed bombing attempt in Times Square, and why it failed. |
Triacetone Triperoxide (TATP)
The TATP Workshop is a 1-day workshop on the components, manufacture, and interdiction of Triceacetone Triperoxide explosives. |
Campus Preparedness Workshop
