A graduate of the University at Albany in Computer Science (2002) and one of the Studios most prolific composer / performers and studio assistants, Michael is presently an MFA student at Mills College, Oakland, California. He writes:
"Things are great out here. Lots of projects going on. Mills rocks. Its amazing being around so many people enthusiastic about what we do.
"I'm spending the summer working on network music. Really interesting stuff. (faculty members) Chris Brown, Tadashi Usami, and I have begun the Dead MeN et Work project, headed by yours truly. I'm designing an interface for network music ... we did a performance in Santa Cruz for a workshop hosted by James McCartney at a week long conference on new technologies in the arts."
