Pulitzer Prize winning author, William Kennedy participated in the public program events held in conjunction with the Albany Heritage/University Art Museum presentation of the exhibition State Street Stories: 350 Years of Albany’s Heritage. Kennedy,
the Executive Director of the NYS Writers Institute, further illuminated
the history of Albany’s State Street with readings from his acclaimed
novels, O’ Albany, Billy Phelan’s Greatest Game and Roscoe
as well as delivering well received anecdotal stories.
