AWARDS CATEGORIES Purchase Awards One or more purchases are made for the collections of each of the sponsoring institutions. Awards of Distinction   Cash awards will be presented.  Recipients will be selected by the juror.
Mayor’s Prize ($500.) To be selected by Juror and presented by  The Honorable Gerald D. Jennings, Mayor of Albany
People's Choice Award ($300.) Provided by Bullard, McLeod and Associates, Inc.

PUBLICATION An illustrated catalogue with an essay by the juror will be published by the University Art Museum and will be available during the exhibition.  The museum will also create a Web Site for the exhibition, publishing selected works and the catalog essay.

LIABILITY The University Art Museum does not assume responsibility for slides while in transit or when on its premises.  Submission of slides for jurying constitutes an agreement by the artist to the conditions of this prospectus.  The University Art Museum reserves the right to photograph works in the exhibition for use in the catalogue and for publicity.
All work selected for this exhibition will be insured on-site at fair market value by the University Art Museum for the duration of the exhibition.  All reasonable care will be exercised in the handling of the works received.  The University Art Museum will not act as agent for work offered for sale, nor will a commission be taken in the event of sale.

REMOVAL OF WORK For works selected for exhibition, removal dates are Friday, August 1, 10 am - 4 pm; Saturday, August 2, 11 am - 3 pm.
