SLIDES DUE Slides, checklist, entry fee and completed entry form and notification card must be received at the University Art Museum by 4 pm, Monday, April 28.  Notifications will be mailed beginning May 2.  Please be sure to print your name and address on both the entry form and notification card prior to returning.  Also, print your name and mailing address on the reverse of the notification form and attach the necessary postage.
DELIVERY OF WORK Artists selected for the final jurying process will be expected to deliver their artwork to the University Art Museum, Tuesday, May 21st or Wednesday, May 22nd, 8:30 am - 4 pm.  Artwork must be ready for exhibit, suitably framed or mounted (no exposed glass edges) with hanging wire securely attached to the frame.  The University Art Museum reserves the right not to accept any artwork in fragile or unstable condition or work.  For delivery, please attach a 3x5 card (on the back or tied to 3-dimensional work) for each piece, including: artist, title, medium, year, price (if NFS, indicated insurance value).

FINAL JURY SELECTION Final selections for the 1997 Mohawk Hudson Regional will be made by the juror by May 28.  Notification will be mailed on June 2.  Artwork not selected for exhibition will be available for pickup on Thursday, June 5 and Friday, June 6 between 10 am and 4 pm and Saturday, June 7 between 11 am - 3 pm.  No artwork can be returned during the opening reception on June 19.

RECEPTION A public reception and Awards Ceremony will be held in the University Art Museum on Thursday, June 19 from 5:30 - 8:30 pm.  Awards ceremony at 7 pm. more...
