The 2016 election campagin was a contentious one that included ideas and rhetoric that left some of us feeling empowered and energized and others feeling marginalized and anxious. Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is a welcoming place, and we affirm our commitment to the mental health and well-being of all students. We are particularly mindful that this election season has included hurtful and vitriolic rhetoric impacting many people. As always, we encourage you to reach out for support as well as extend support to others. It is important for us to do what we can to take care of each other and ourselves.
