Hard work, determination, competitiveness, and teamwork are necessary to succeed both on the playing field and as a business professional, so it is no surprise that many UAlbany business students play Division I sports.

In 2007, five UAlbany teams won eight America East Titles and competed in five NCAA tournaments. Business students who play Division I sports have one thing in common: the ability to juggle athletics and the demanding coursework of the School of Business. Whether these scholar-athletes are studying accounting or marketing, they need to maintain a 3.0 average. Meet some of the School of Business' star athletes.
