LED Sign Message Request Form
 

 
LED Guidelines

Proposed messages must fall into one of the categories below and the priority for which they will be considered is as follows:

  1. Admissions (Open House, Summer Sessions, Welcome Students)
  2. Institutional-wide event (Commencement, Homecoming, Congratulatory Messages such as Great Danes victory)
  3. Major Athletic, Cultural and/or Academic Event/Conference
  4. Emergencies (Campus Closing due to weather etc.)

Please use this form to submit one event message or announcement to appear on the LED signs at the University's main entrances on Washington and Western Avenues. If you wish to submit multiple events or announcements, please submit them on individual forms.
