Description of Services
Mail Services will be closed Monday 12/24, Tuesday 12/25, Monday 12/31, Tuesday 1/1 and Monday 1/21. Business hours from Wednesday, December 26th through Friday, January 18th will be 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The Mail Services Department is a unit of Institutional Services at the University at Albany. Mail Services is located in the basement of the Business Administration Building, room B4. Service hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday during the academic year and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday during the summer.
Mail Services receives mail each weekday morning from the U.S. Postal Service and delivers it to students, faculty and staff on the uptown, downtown and East Campuses, as well as to residential quads.

INTERSESSION DELIVERY FORM
Residential students now have the convenience of submitting their change of address forms online. Go to the forms page and under student forms, click Change of Address. (Mail Services does not forward mail during the winter intersession break)
The POSTAL KIOSK IS HERE....Students, faculty and staff now can purchase postage (with a credit/debit card) from a Postal Kiosk located in the lobby area of Mail Services. Send a package, buy stamps...take care of your personal mailing needs without leaving campus. (Picture)
