Defects:
paint loss There is a large ½ x ¼" loss in the lower right quadrant that has taken the paint and ground leaving the white canvas visible. The entire surrounding area is unstable. Cupping of the paint film is fairly severe in the upper right quadrant. There are two losses in the upper left quadrant. The paint is extremely brittle and requires general consolidation.
curled away Paint loss also occurred at the lower border edge and overpaint has been applied. The lower right corner is detached from plaster support.
