Defects:

Insecure paint noted in the earliest report has flaked away leaving a large 5 x ½" loss
to the fabric support. Attempts at cleaning have been made leaving a streaky irregular surface appearance.

There is a severe compound crack in the plaster wall, which has split the painting support, ground and paint film. White enamel wall paint has been painted over the edges. The picture is extremely grimy.
