Gender and Sexuality Resource Center
The Gender and Sexuality Resource Center (GSRC), located on the third floor of the Campus Center in room 329, is a safe space for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) students and their allies. The center is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all LGBTQ persons at UAlbany. The GSRC enhances the University commitment to social justice and diversity by supporting students of all backgrounds and cultural identities and is a valuable source of support and networking for students, faculty and staff. The Gender and Sexuality Resource Center is part of the Office of Intercultural Student Engagement and the Division of Student Success.
Giving to LGBTQ*
Our programs and services are vital to the work we do in providing community, pride and empowerment across campus. Please help us do even better by giving back. There are countless ways to contribute.
- Donate a book or DVD to our lending library through our Amazon Wish List
- Make a tax-deductible donation to our leadership and programing fund, start a scholarship for students who have lost family support
- Give your time by attending our annual Lavender Graduation or serving as a guest speaker
Giving to the GSRC allows us to continue our commitment to social justice, expand our services and truly makes a difference in student lives.
